Summary

Works cross-functionally with iQor teams across the globe to monitor, educate, source and create great content, and to reach existing and potential iQor employees and clients with authentic, compelling information about what it's like to work at and or do business with iQor.

Responsibilities

  • Makes iQor the partner of choice, employer of choice and viewed as the industry innovator.
  • Manages iQors recruitment and salesfocused social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
  • Creates compelling, shareable content that represents what its to work at and or partner with iQor
  • Monitors social channels for impacts to iQor brand including notification and adherence to iQor Social policy guidelines.
  • Participates in the support and education of local social contributors to help maintain adherence to iQor Social policy guidelines and improve their abilities and judgement.
  • Listens and engages in relevant social discussion about business development opportunities and careers at iQor.
  • Works alongside solutions, recruiting, public relations, internal communications, operations and other content producers to help distribute content that informs and engages our audience.
  • Drives consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence, and measure the impact that traffic has on iQors hiring and sales needs.
  • Partners with employer brand team (digital media strategist, graphic designer, creative agencies) on projects that help connect potential candidates at iQor with compelling information across all of our channels about what its to work at and or partner with iQor.
  • Partners with iQors global recruiting teams to ensure our social media content is relevant for iQors global audience.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Experience with social media management
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices
  • Ability to recognize emerging and relevant digital trends
  • Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MS Office and MS CRM including Social Listening Tools
  • Experience with HubSpot, Hootsuite, or other social media management software
  • Experience in BPO and Product Support with large digital footprint
  • Experience in sales lead generation, recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Ability to manage large numbers of initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. 

Physical Requirements

Individual will be required to type and/or operate a computer and other office productivity machinery for extended periods of time. The person in this position may need to occasionally walk or otherwise traverse, stand, exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects, bend, reach, kneel, and/or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
