Summary

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for continually researching and building relationships with top industry and vertical talent to fill iQor’s leadership positions. The Executive Recruiter focuses on the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development.

This position builds and utilizes a talent pipeline of ready-now talent in alignment with future and current company needs. The Executive Recruiter will focus on and fill leadership positions in lieu of recruiting agencies.

The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.

Responsibilities

  • Consults with senior leadership regarding upcoming leadership talent needs, and completes complex and confidential searches.
  • Attracts and screens qualified candidates, forwarding the most qualified to executive leadership for consideration.
  • Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employees.
  • Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
  • Understands how to recruit passive candidates, by targeting highly qualified candidates, moving them through our talent acquisition process, resulting in successful timely hires.
  • Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, and partners with business units to understand and meet business talent acquisition needs.
  • Leverages online recruiting resources, including job boards, niche sites, and social networking sites, to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with three or more years of executive/ senior leadership recruiting experience. Must be heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices.
  • Possesses an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Manages competing demands within a very fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, international and multi-location level.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Must have the ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and senior leadership alike.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to sit and/or remain stationary for extended periods of time. Individual will be required to type and/or operate a computer and other office productivity machinery for extended periods of time. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and/or extensive reading. The person in this position may need to occasionally walk or otherwise traverse, stand, exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects, bend, reach, kneel, and/or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
