Summary

 As a Human Resources Project Manager, you will partner with HR and Talent to organize, manage and plan projects centered on building employee engagement, talent development, talent management, retention and recognition. As a Project Manager you will be assisting with the testing and implementation of any new HRIS sytems,ATS,  job posting sites, or new processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR and Talent project management support 
  • Facilitate interdepartmental project teams to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with the implementation and test of any HRIS systems, Job boards, and new processes
  • Understand tasks involved in assigned projects and support execution and implementation
  • Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for projects
  • Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates
  • Address questions, concerns, and issues throughout projects
  • Act as a liaison for HR, project teams and key stakeholders
  • Communicate and collaborate with group staff, HR teams, project teams and leaders to ensure successful project execution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management
  • Must have knowledge about HR and recruiting processes

Education Requirement

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. 

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to sit and/or remain stationary for extended periods of time. Individual will be required to type and/or operate a computer and other office productivity machinery for extended periods of time. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and/or extensive reading. The person in this position may need to occasionally walk or otherwise traverse, stand, exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects, bend, reach, kneel, and/or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
