As a Recruiter, the incumbent will be responsible to manage the full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Besides the core responsibilities includes sourcing candidates through different channels, updating job ads/posting as per requirements and scheduling interviews, extending offers and onboarding for position at all levels.

As a recruiter, the candidate would play an important part in building a strong employer brand for the company to ensure that we attract, hire and retain employees.


  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Build applicant pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and job posting sites.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyze responses, verify references, and compare qualifications/skills sets to job requirements
  • Design and enhance job descriptions as per Business requirement.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn).
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Monitor Key HR metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house-recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software/tools, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Excellent Understanding of recruitment process.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (telephonic interview, mass hiring and lateral hiring)

Education Requirement

  • Minimum Graduate or equivalents degree holders are eligible for this position.
  • Certification/Diploma/Degree course into Human Resource would be a preferred.

Physical Requirements

Individual will be required to sit and/or remain stationary for extended periods of time. Individual will be required to type and/or operate a computer and other office productivity machinery for extended periods of time. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and/or extensive reading. The person in this position may need to occasionally walk or otherwise traverse, stand, exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects, bend, reach, kneel, and/or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
