Oversees operating cash reconciliations for the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Philippines, and India, and manage a team of 8 individuals.


  • Manages daily work stream for Funds Control in Columbus, Bethlehem and Canada.
  • Prescribes appropriate training to all department members.
  • Performs performance appraisals, career counseling and compensation reviews for all staff in the department.
  • Liaises as KeyContact for all Funds Control issues..
  • Works with various departments during monthly close to ensure that all cash entries are recorded timely.
  • Assists in streamlining the operating reconciliation processes.
  • Reviews monthly cash entries for operating and trust accounts.
  • Oversees yearly financial audits, state audits, and client audits.
  • Reviews unclaimed property filings and check requests for each state.
  • Prepares the monthly escheatment reconciliation.
  • Provides various banking data and system data as requested by other departments.
  • Assists with U.S. and Canada trust reconciliations processes as needed.
  • Other tasks and projects as necessary/assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field preferred.

Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
