The role will be far from one dimensional and would be an amalgamation of all the aspects of Human Resource. As an HR Generalist, the incumbent would be responsible for wide range of HR tasks including Talent Acquisition. Additionally the incumbent will be responsible for managing all assigned work related to the functional area, and ensure operation runs smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.


  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance employee satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, along with the other stakeholders as per
  • requirement.
  • Recommend and implement employee relation programs to ensure open and honest communication, fairness,
  • integrity and respect.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Process.


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Function.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent Communication and written skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. SAP) will be a plus.
  • Team Handling/Management.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

Individual will be required to sit and/or remain stationary for extended periods of time. Individual will be required to type and/or operate a computer and other office productivity machinery for extended periods of time. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and/or extensive reading. The person in this position may need to occasionally walk or otherwise traverse, stand, exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects, bend, reach, kneel, and/or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
