The compensation analyst is the key resource in the Global Compensation team with regards to salary and incentive programs and supports other compensation programs such as performance management, succession planning and sales commissions. As a Compensation analyst, the incumbent will be responsible for Analyzing and interpreting company's remuneration programs. Reviewing wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure company's remuneration policies are competitive along with developing/improvising compensation structure to optimize hiring and maximize employee retention by analyzing remuneration packages and position responsibilities.

  • Collaborates with the VP and Sr. Compensation Manager on a variety of projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs.
  • Administers base pay and bonus programs, including quarterly and annual performance review and bonus programs.
  • Manages projects such as salary analysis, wage bands, and supports merit increase and budget process. Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes.
  • Coordinates with HR managers to educate managers.
  • Predicting future trends to steer company in a positive direction.
  • Evaluates and implements job analysis instruments and materials
  • Works with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that the Success Factors system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
  • Assists local HR and other managers with compensation-related issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • 3 or more years of experience into compensation administration function.
  • Strong Ms Excel and Analytical Skills
Education Requirement
  • Minimum Graduate or equivalents degree holders are eligible for this position.
  • Degree or Certificate into Compensation management/administration would be added benefit.
