You’re qualified if you have: 

  • Customer service-related experience. Call center or service-related industries (telecommunications, retail, food service, or similar) are great foundations to be successful with us! 

  • An aptitude for computers. Knowledge of Windows-based programs is a plus. 

  • A positive attitude and demonstrate strong communication skills including the use of appropriate grammar and tone. Great communication is the key to our business at all levels! 

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. 

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations. We are problem solvers who rapidly respond to customers in a timely manner. 

  • Committed availability to a PAID training schedule where we give you the tools you need to be successful. Training is 6 weeks: Tuesday – Saturday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM  

  • Flexibility to work all shifts as required by business needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our hours of operation are currently 7AM to 12AM, Mon-Sat. Your full time work schedule post-training will be 3:30PM to 12AM Tuesday-Saturday. Hours of operations are subject to change. 

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. 

Education Requirement

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

Ability To:

  • Speak and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Stand and walk or otherwise traverse occasionally in order to be accessible to the production floor.
  • Exert at up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Carry or lift objects up to 10 lbs.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
  • Occasionally bend, reach, kneel, or twist for minimal periods of time.
