The primary focus of the HRIS Analyst I position is to provide administrative support and maintenance of the SuccessFactors modules – Recruiting Management, Onboarding and Recruiting Posting. System support includes; responding to end user inquiries, transactional support, system administration and support of system data integrity. The HRIS Analyst also supports system upgrades, testing and other technical/functional projects as assigned. Candidates who are inquisitive, self-motivated and detail oriented are good fit for this role.
- Manage administration tasks in SF modules (Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Recruiting Posting) such as create/edit/update Job Requisition Templates, Offer Approval Templates, etc.
- Response and provides support to Human Resources, Managers and Employee questions regarding SuccessFactors Recruiting/ONB related inquiries.
- Process Roles Based Permission requests and sanitize User information from time to time.
- Unlock candidates in the Onboarding module and reset their password.
- Respond to tickets in Helpdesk.
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to apply requested system changes or upgrades.
- Participates in periodical SuccessFactors releases to identify new features related to Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Recruiting Posting
- Create test cases and document results for systems changes, or interfaces.
- Research, analyze and maintain information in SuccessFactors.
- Conducts audits to ensure data integrity.
- Work with HR Teams and Operational Leaders to conduct and implement business system process improvements.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management with a concentration in computer science.
- Two (2) years of HR data management or a combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration at management’s discretion.
- Experience utilizing SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills, including Data Sort, Pivot Table.
- Previous exposure to HR project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Ability to run analyze and extract data from HR systems.
- Strong problem solving, statistical analysis, and analytical skills.
- Ability to extract and manipulate data and present findings to non-technical users.
