The primary focus of the HRIS Analyst I position is to provide administrative support and maintenance of the SuccessFactors Human Capital Management System with a primary focus on Employee Central (Position Management).  System support includes; responding to end user inquiries, transactional support, system administration and support of system data integrity.  The HRIS Analyst also supports system upgrades, testing and other technical/functional projects as assigned. 

  • Manage administration tasks in Employee Central (Position Management) such as create/edit/update positions and department codes, support backend positions move, support team alignments to meet business requirements, support ORG moves etc.
  • Responds and provides support to Human Resources, Managers and Employee questions regarding SuccessFactors or other related inquiries.
  • Responds to tickets in Helpdesk.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical staff to apply requested system changes or upgrades.
  • Create test cases and document results for systems changes, or interfaces.
  • Researches, analyzes and maintains information in SuccessFactors.
  • Conducts audits to ensure data integrity. Partners with HR stakeholders to manage and resolve data integrity issues, where appropriate.
  • Work with HR Teams and Operational Leaders to conduct and implement business system process improvements. 
  • Approve and manager workflow requests.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR Systems to ensure system credibility and data integrity. Run and validate HR Data in SuccessFactors and downstream systems. Perform data analysis.
  • Assist with project request initiatives, including development of project plans, communications, and status updates.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Two years of HR data management or a combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration at management’s discretion.
  • Experience utilizing SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Data Sort, Pivot Table.
  • Previous exposure to HR project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures activities through active participation in system-related projects.
  • Ability to run analyze and extract data from HR systems.
  • Ability to extract and manipulate data and present findings to non-technical users.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Focused on quality and accuracy and possess a high degree of initiative and attention to detail.
  • High degree of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization, understand user needs, and offer suggestions to improve their requests.
  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with the greatest degree of confidentiality.
  • Proficient Reading, Writing and Speaking English.
  • Must be able to work US hours (EST).
Education Requirement
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

The person in this position may need to occasionally walk or otherwise traverse, stand, exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects, bend, reach, kneel, and/or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
