Summary

The  Director Recruiting is responsible for creating and deploying talent acquisition strategies to strengthen the organizations' capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current and future business needs. The role will focus on establishing talent acquisition processes and programs that positively strengthen the organization's capabilities in attracting, assessing, and selecting best in class talent.

Responsibilities

  • Designs the structure of the global talent acquisition team.
  • Develops strategic talent acquisition plans aligning to business units, ensures overall planning, sourcing, and selection strategy.
  • Provides leadership and mentoring to a global team of Recruiters, Sourcing Specialists, and Recruitment Coordinators to deliver high quality talent to the business in a timely manner.
  • Creates and implements regional talent acquisition plans and recruitment metrics.
  •  Actively manages the relationship to ensure client satisfaction through evaluating talent acquisition processes and tools analyze metrics and qualitative data to monitor performance and compliance.
  • Partners closely with regional business leaders and HR leadership teams to gather input and continuously educate on the process, roles and responsibilities with an emphasis on exploring ways to enhance the models effectiveness and sustainability.
  •  Serves as an internal consultant and counsel to Business Partners and HR Leaders in the development of leadership recruitment strategies.
  •  Selects, works with, and effectively manages outside vendors when appropriate.
  •  Forecasts staffing goals and systems to ensure the people needs of the business are met aligns with business strategic plans and goals.
  •  Develops staffing strategies with Sr. Leadership, HR Partners and Operations for new and existing markets.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of Talent Acquisition experience Management experience in this capacity, required.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

Individual will be required to type and/or operate a computer and other office productivity machinery for extended periods of time. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and/or extensive reading. The person in this position may need to occasionally walk or otherwise traverse, stand, exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects, bend, reach, kneel, and/or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
