iQor is looking for Sales Representatives to support the #1 provider of professional lawn care service in the US. Services that are provided include lawn, tree & shrub, mosquito, and other expert lawn care services that support healthy lawn and landscaping year-round.

We are hiring a team of Outbound Sales Representatives who will be making calls to existing and previous customers. Representatives on this team will use available tools, skills, and resources to position service benefits with a goal of upselling additional services and winning back customers who have cancelled their services.

Pay - 17/hr. + Monthly Bonus

  • · Primarily responsible for making outbound sales calls to existing Customers with a goal of upselling additional services AND previous Customers with a goal of positioning benefits to win them back and reactivate their lawn care services. This will be the primary lead types, but additional lead types may be added based on client need and marketing initiatives.

    · Representatives will be expected to use professional sales approach on each call, greeting each potential customer with enthusiasm and confidence!

    · Representatives must strive to meet or exceed contact center Dialing Efficiency, Sales & Quality metrics while providing a professional and consistent customer experience.

    · Representatives must demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to assertive in position product/service benefits with a goal of engaging the Customer, identifying the need, and providing a solution that includes selling additional services or winning back a customer.

    · Must be motivated and able to work in a team environment, able to work with your team members to meet individual and team level sales performance, quality, and productivity expectations.

    · Can be counted on – Is reliable.

    · Is Self-motivated in managing call efficiency and dials when placing outbound calls.

    · Work to drive first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues – Closing sales on the first call.

    · Deliver amazing customer service by connecting with your Customer and demonstrating a caring and empathetic approach during each engagement. This approach will be helpful in winning back customers.

    · Take an active role in educating customers about our client’s products and services and offer competitive advantages when appropriate.


  • · Experience in assertive Inbound and/or Outbound Sales environment such as a contact center or retail location. NOTE: Outbound and Cold calling outbound sales a PLUS!

    · Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    · Must be goal oriented, assertive/competitive mindset and ready to overcome obstacles to meet and exceed sales goals

    · Demonstrate strong problem-solving / Sales skills. Must be able to engage a customer and overcome objections with confidence.

    · Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes or procedures.

    · Detail oriented – Bring a thoughtful approach to maintaining data accuracy and performance standards.

    · Open and receptive to coaching – Able to take feedback and implement coached behaviors to improve response and sales close rates.

    · Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.

    · Other duties or skills may be assigned based on Program needs

Education Requirement

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
  • Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
  • Speak and sit for extended periods of time.
