We are searching for polite, professional Customer Service Call Center Agents to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone. You will be responsible for processing a high volume of orders through computer software. This position will communicate with the sales team if the information is missing to successfully process orders.  A successful candidate is proficient in computers, detail-oriented, offers data entry experience, a high energy level, and a positive demeanor.

This class will onboard on  October 11th  (Time TBD). The first-day training is on October 18th. Training hours are Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm. After training candidates must have open availability. We have second and third shifts available (1 pm to 10 pm/3 pm to 12 am), all candidates will be required to work a weekend day. Both training and production hours are completely virtual. However, it is mandatory for candidates to come onsite for Onboarding. This is a Bring Your Own Device position, candidates must have their own equipment to work. The pay rate may vary according to the candidate's previous experience. Candidates will be able to make from $12.50 to $14.00 per hour, this will be determined after your final interview. You also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and quarterly raises based on performance.   iQor Is offering a Sign-on bonus! During the first 180 days of employment with iQor you will get $2000! $500 for the first 90days, second $500 for 120 days, third $500 for 150 days, and final 500 for 180! 


  • Process a high volume of orders
  • Ensure all orders are processed to meet deadlines
  • Manual data entry is required
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat regarding products, orders and/or order status
  • Resolve complex order escalations
  • Follow procedures and policies as written while achieving order processing service level.


  • Minimum of 2 years of data entry Required
  • 1 year of Customer service
  • High Energy/ Positive demeanor
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Order processing experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Stong Problem Solving 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to write in a clear, concise, organized manner with an appropriate level of detail

Education Requirement

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
  • Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
  • Speak and sit for extended periods of time.
