We are seeking 100% Work from Home, full time, customer service representatives. This position requires you to Bring Your Own Device. Requirements outlined below.

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist our client’s customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Our representatives provide excellent service to existing customers with a one call resolve mindset. We accomplish this by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. We offer paid training to experienced or entry level candidates who are willing to learn on the job, have excellent communication skills, and are highly reliable.

In addition to the wage $13/hr., this position includes performance-based bonus opportunities monthly!

  • Training start date: July 12, 2021
  • Answering calls from Providers, Consumers, and Insurance companies regarding medical billing
  • Responsible for basic computer and team communication via – email, memos voice mail
  • Accurately document customer account in client systems
  • Customer service oriented with customers and team members (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)


Work from Home Requirements

  • Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours.
  • Internet Speeds: Minimum 10MBPS download/ 5 MBPS upload
  • Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required
  • Computer Specs:
  • Laptop or Desktop (Apple [Mac] or Chromebook is not permitted)
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Ports on PC: Minimum of 1 USB and Ethernet Port


  • Candidate must be residing in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, MD, MI, MS, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV
  • Work shifts starts at 8:00am – 7:00pm Monday - Friday. Work schedule will be provided during interview process.
  • Virtual training schedule, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. 
  • Experience in customer service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate is preferred.
  • Experience with/knowledge of medical billing or medical insurance is a plus.
  • Must have excellent voice quality and present a professional demeanor and ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled.
  • Must show empathy and understanding when speaking with callers, particularly those reporting losses.
  • Strong computer and system navigation skills required.
  • Excellent written communication skills required-grammar, punctuation, correct sentence structure required.

Education Requirement

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

Ability To:

  • Speak and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Stand and walk or otherwise traverse occasionally in order to be accessible to the production floor.
  • Exert at up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Carry or lift objects up to 10 lbs.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
  • Occasionally bend, reach, kneel, or twist for minimal periods of time.
