Summary

We are searching for a polite, professional Part-Time Customer Service Call Center Represetative  to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone.  The Customer Service Call Center Agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. Customer Service Call Center Agents will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all inquiries and provide an accurate and efficient response.

Responsibilities

  • Target Hire Date: September 20, 2021
  • Review the customer payment history/collection history to determine if we are to hold or release the order.
  • Make outbound calls to delinquent customers and secure payment.
  • Communicate any disputes to the appropriate parties.
  • Email the branch controllers for credit limit review.
  • Email the branch controllers to cancel orders if no response from the customer. 
  • Answer customer service emails questioning the status of orders.
  • Process credit card requests from customer service.
  • Responsible for processing credit cards for autopay customers.

Requirements

  • This is a part-time, work from home position.
  • Production hours are Monday - Friday, 4.00pm-8.00pm
  • Will complete virtual training schedule for 2 weeks, then will transition to production schedule of 4:00pm-8:00pm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask
  • Punctual
  • Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees of the organization
  • Email etiquette
  • Prior Customer Service/Call Center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • SAP experience a plus but not a requirement.

Education Requirement

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
  • Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
  • Speak and sit for extended periods of time.
