Summary

We are searching for polite, professional Customer Service Call Center Agents to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via inbound and outbound calls as well as email communication

Responsibilities

  • Hire Date: May 24, 2021 
  • Research customer disputes using client’s systems
  • Make decision based on research to either allow or deny the customer’s dispute
  • Gather data and document proper systems
  • Respond in a thoughtful and well-worded manner to disputes
  • Responsible for best demonstrated practices for productivity enhancements.

Requirements

  • Required working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • This is a work from home position after 1 week in-office training, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Onsite orientation will be held on first day of start date.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Must be able to pass criminal check background screening.
  • Must have excellent voice quality and present a professional demeanor and ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled.
  • Must show empathy and understanding when speaking with callers.
  • Strong computer and system navigation skills required.
  • Agents may work in a variety of systems to assist callers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Education Requirement

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

Ability To:

  • Speak and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Stand and walk or otherwise traverse occasionally in order to be accessible to the production floor.
  • Exert at up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Carry or lift objects up to 10 lbs.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
  • Occasionally bend, reach, kneel, or twist for minimal periods of time.
