Summary

We are searching for a polite, professional Customer Service Call Center Agents to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone.  The Customer Service Call Center Agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. Customer Service Call Center Agents will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all inquiries and provide an accurate and efficient response.

Responsibilities

  • Target Hire Date: June 21, 2021
  • Taking inbound pay assist calls.
  • Discussing electric bills, past due amounts, payment arrangements and current bill payment.
  • This job may require considerable research and planning of work, understanding of customer account receivables issue.
  • Ability  to analyze the impact of collections on the customer's portfolio and good understanding of the customer's business and its customers.
  • Ability to use customer systems and reporting is required.
  • Gather data and documents proper systems per customer requirements.
  • Responsible for basic customer and team communication via-email, memos, voicemails, etc.
  • Responsible for best demonstrated practices for productivity enhancements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Required hours are Monday - Friday with shifts starting between 8am and ending at 6:30pm.
  • Position will be Work from Home after 4 weeks of onsite training is completed.
  • Onsite training schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm
  • Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience is preferred.
  • 1-2 years Customer Service and/or Collection experience is preferred.
  • General PC knowledge.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic.  
  • Consistently demonstrates the ability to meet or exceed individual goals and objectives.

Education Requirement

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

Ability To:

  • Speak and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Stand and walk or otherwise traverse occasionally in order to be accessible to the production floor.
  • Exert at up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Carry or lift objects up to 10 lbs.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
  • Occasionally bend, reach, kneel, or twist for minimal periods of time.
